I am writing to compliment you on the level of service which I received from your company over the last couple of days.

I needed some 'Dormer' drills and sent your Sales Department an email enquiry on Wednesday. I received a reply in less than 15 minutes from Neil Watson.

Yesterday, I visited your store to collect the items. Although the counter was quite busy with half a dozen people waiting, I was served in no time at all. The drills were individually packed, each packet having a label identifying the contents - saving me time having to sort them when I arrived home.

I was very impressed with the level of prompt and courteous service which I received. Service like this is difficult to come by in this day and age and would ask you pass on to those concerned my grateful thanks.

FANTASTIC. My order was delivered in less than 24 hours. Although my order was for only £25 it obviously received the same treatment as an order of £100s. Well done Orbital if only all companies had the same sence or urgency. Thank you.
