PAL Nut also known as a Counter Nut, are a stamped nuts made from sheet metal.
They are designed to fit over a normal nut & lock it into place by using a series of protruding flanges that grip the host nut securely.
Mainly used in conjunction with a standard hexagon nut. DIN 7967.
