WB-90 is a highly effective water-based weld anti-spatter with a built-in flash rust inhibitor. It’s enhanced ‘low risk’ formulation means that there are no hazard symbols on the can, and it is safer in use than traditional solvent spatter releases. It is solvent-free, silicone-free, and non flammable. Ideal for use on all work pieces being prior to welding, preventing spatter adhesion and allowing easy post-welding removal. WB-90 should also be used on tools, equipment, clamps, and surrounding surfaces to prevent spatter build-up.
After welding has finished, WB-90 does not always require removal prior to post-welding coating, plating, or painting, and is completely removed during the cleaning and pickling process of hot-dip galvanising.
